  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with the Rank Math News Article Schema markup. It seems that the body content of your post is missing in the News Article Schema when checked using the Google Rich Results Test Tool. Additionally, the heading/title and description are repeating multiple times.

To address this concern, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Check Schema Markup: Ensure that the News Article Schema markup is correctly set up in your post. You can verify this by navigating to the post or page, clicking on the Rank Math SEO icon, then the Schema icon, and selecting the News Article Schema. Make sure that the body content is included in the Schema markup.

    2. Validate with Google: Use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to validate the Schema markup of your post. This tool will help you identify any issues with the structured data and provide suggestions for improvement.

    3. Review Schema Configuration: Double-check the configuration of the News Article Schema in Rank Math to ensure that all necessary information, including the body content, is correctly included.

If after following these steps, the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are here to help you resolve this issue promptly.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

This website is using the PRO version of the plugin but you are only using a Free account, so we cannot provide assistance for this feature unless we can verify the purchase.

Please let us know the email address used to make the purchase so we can advise further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

It was enable for schema testing purpose. Removed that one now, please check.

Is artical schema markup is not in free version? I’m using free version.

    Hello,

The Schema template option and Advanced schema builder/generator are only available with the PRO version with a PRO subscription.

If you are using a nulled, GPL, or cracked version of Rank Math PRO, that is not a good idea for your site. Please see this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/

Don’t hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I’m not using pro verison or nor using advance schema template option, I just using free version of rankmath and schema option available in free version, please check

    Hello,

    1. Can you please let us know what exactly is missing from the Article schema? We checked both URLs you shared and they don’t show errors in the Rich Result Test.

Please note that the actual content of the post/page should not be inserted in the schema, rather you should only focus on the brief description to use it for the SERP.

    2. As for the multiple titles/headlines/descriptions you see in the Rich Result test. It is normal for the Rich Result test to show repeating schema properties when validating the entire page.

If you check your the page source of your post, you should see that it shows the correct structure:

    Rank Math support

    Hope that helps.

Google recommended multiple sizr of image in news article schema mention in this link https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/article

    example,

    (“image”: [
    https://example.com/photos/1×1/photo.jpg”,
    https://example.com/photos/4×3/photo.jpg”,
    https://example.com/photos/16×9/photo.jpg”
    ])

but rankmath schema markup produce only one image.

    Hello,

Providing multiple sizes for images is only applicable if you want to get the best results as also mentioned here.

So, having one image is also valid and acceptable for Google.

With that said, our plugin doesn’t have a feature to automatically generate series of images with its different sizes so this may require you to manually edit the schema structure using our advanced schema editor which is only available for the PRO version: https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#advanced-schema-editor

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
