For initial troubleshooting, please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account by heading over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and connect your Rank Math account.
If the issue still persists, please share access to your site like my colleague mentioned above so we can check and investigate further.

You will see the difference ONLY when press this (down/dropdown/open) arrow (after/right) of the Title snippet like on screenshoot

The issue you see on the list of the variable is just a slight blur and you can still read the content and choose the items. It is working fine although the slight blur is noticeable.
But with that said, I have shared this with our dev team for them to check.
