  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your blog when trying to publish a new post. The 400 request error you are encountering could be related to various factors. However, based on the information provided, it seems like it might be an issue with the server’s ability to process the request correctly.

If you are using Divi theme and encountering a 400 request error, it’s recommended to check the following:

    1. Website Under Maintenance: Ensure that your website is not under maintenance mode as this can sometimes lead to errors. You can switch your website back to normal mode if it’s currently under maintenance.

    2. Check Website Status: Verify that your website is returning a 200 status code. You can use tools like httpstatus.io to check the status of your website.

    3. API Timeout: If your website takes more than 30 seconds to load, it might result in a timeout error.

    4. API Requests Blocked by Firewall: Check if your server’s security or firewall is blocking API requests. Whitelisting the IP 46.30.211.100 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com can help resolve this.

    5. Locally Hosted Website: If your site is hosted locally, the SEO Analyzer module of Rank Math may not work correctly and can lead to API errors.

If after checking these points you are still facing issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly here. They will be able to assist you further in resolving the problem.

I hope this information helps in resolving the 400 request error on your blog. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please confirm if the issue is occurring because of the Rank Math plugin? You can temporarily disable the Rank Math plugin on your website to confirm this.

Don’t worry, you’ll not lose any of your settings as they are saved on your database.

In case, disabling the Rnak Math plugin resolves the issue, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
