I checked the links, you can set the links with the noindex tag to index by going to the page > SEO Settings > Advanced Tab > Check index checkbox > Save

If you want to set them to index, navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Category/Tags > Enable Category/Tag Archives Robots Meta > Check index checkbox > Save:
