    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically tries to charge your payment method on the due date and then 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    There is no option to renew manually at this time.

    Please ensure that your payment method has enough money, including VAT/Tax, to cover the renewal and avoid any issues upon renewing your subscription.

    Then revert to us when the renewal has successfully gone through.

    We have canceled the subscription, so you will not be able to make the payment again.
