Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I searched your website on bing and I was able to replicate that the website is not indexed.
I checked the source of your website and the canonical URL is added properly and the website is set to Index. I also checked your robots.txt and sitemaps and both are loading without any issues.
Your website is also accessible to Bing & Google Bots. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
In this case, I suggest you clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Bing Webmaster Tools account and submit only the main sitemap your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml
(please replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
Further, give Bing some time to crawl your website and see if the issue gets fixed.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Did the suggested steps. Seems it doesn’t work.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
If you have recently submitted the sitemap, then allow Bing some time to revisit the sitemap. In the meanwhile, could you please share the screenshot of the Bing webmaster tool?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I see majority of my posts under urls with malware, not sure what went wrong
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Did you scan your website through security plugins? And if yes, Found any malware?
Please do kindly share some of the affected URLs, so we troubleshoot the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
If your site has pages that contain harmful elements, they should provide you with a sample set of URLs for which their scans detected issues in the URLs with the Malware table.
Please check if these URLs contain any malicious code. Also, make sure that you are using updated themes and plugins [Not nulled].
I would also recommend contacting your host to check if you do have any security threats from your server end as they are well informed on web security issues.
Finally, if you are confident enough that there are no malicious codes/files within your site, then you can submit and track a malware re-evaluation request on your site. See more on this here.
Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any other additional assistance.
Thank you.
