There are redirections happening on your domain to include the trailing slash in the URLs and that’s why Bing is seeing that URL that you are submitting without this trailing slash as a redirect.
You need to submit the correct variation of your website to be able to index the page.

Please click on the request indexing button and wait for Bing to crawl the URL again.
If the issue persists, you can contact Bing support and ask them the exact reason for not indexing the URL, as from checking the page’s source code, there are no apparent issues.
You can also refer to all the Webmaster Guidelines and see if your website is violating any guidelines.
