    Hi,

    I was trying to update my billing info for the bill, was directed to fastspring support and there was an issue with the address.

    Their answer was the next message:
    Hello,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are no longer able to update the Country post order. We realize this is a change in process and the decision was not made lightly.
    Please understand that there are tax implications that differ from zip to zip and country to country which make this type of change problematic from a tax perspective. Your options are to either leave the order as is or cancel and place a new order.

    I do apologize for any inconvenience.

    Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    ¿I guess my option is to cancel and reorder but is this with rankmath or with them?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    As requested, we have canceled your subscription and initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant. You can now place a new order.
