    I’ve purchased RankMath SEO PRO, but I have not received any email or response from your side and you have taken money from my account. Please can you check and either give me the plugin or refund me my money.
    I’ve already sent many emails and screenshots to these 2 addresses from my email: K********@Y********

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We do not see any payment from K********@Y******** but we were able to locate the payment using the screenshot you sent via your email. You made a typo while making the purchase and the purchase was done using k*******@y********

    We have sent you the login details via email.
