    I signed on for your subscription as a lifetime price of $199 a year for I believe up to 10 sites
    Since signing up for that, you have increase the price by 50% in 2024 and again in 2025.

    Last year you refunded the account back to the $199 a year purchase price. That was the price you offered and you have sent zero telling me you are no longer honoring that price.

    Seeking the purchase price of $199. This account DOES NOT SHOW my account with you at all. Since your migration I have been unable to even access Rank Math likely because I first used it with c****@t*************** but I created the account and purchased in 2023. I even have the confirmation email for c****@t*************** and every single time I login, nothing is here. Not through a Google Account or direct with my email address

    Please apply the credit back to the original agreed price of $199 + tax ~ $214

    I opened up a case with my bank, I received no confirmation from FastSpring nor any notice of changes in the terms for the account. The account might still be under c****@t*************** and that email has not been used in 5 years when I acquired the .com

    As promised, we have initiated a partial refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
     
    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
     
    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    Just cancel the subscription – we are moving off – only use it on a few sites and next year we will be having this same conversation again. We are going to move off wordpress and over to webflow.
