billed to wrong card

    Hi There I was just billed to the wrong credit card can we cancel this transaction and I will provide a new card?

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    In this case, we will have to refund the renewal transaction and you will have to purchase a new Business subscription using your other card.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction and you can proceed with purchasing a new subscription using your preferred card.

    You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards.
