Could you please confirm if the 500 requests you are referring to is 500 error? If so, please check your website’s error log to investigate this issue further. You can also get in touch with your web host for assistance.

I’ve replicated the issue on your site, and it seems that there are some PHP values that are too low which you should increase. Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Once done, please clear your website’s cache and let us know if the issue still persists.
