Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Assuming your website’s URL is the one that I’ve added in the sensitive data section of this ticket, I checked the search results and was able to find a thread/topic indexed.
I checked the source of the topic and it is set to Index. You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section for a quick reference.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Topics, and enable the Topic Robots Meta option.
Then, set the Topic Robots Meta to No Index:
Once done, clear your website’s cache and the pages should get dropped from indexing with time. Please note that as the topics are indexed and ranking, it can take time for Bing/Yahoo to drop the pages from the SERPs but eventually, they will be dropped.

Thank you, can I just confirm that you think if I set the Topic Robots Meta to No Index, then in future search engine searches I should only see threads like you show in your video in the Sensitive data area ?
No single pages, only whole threads will be visible as per the link below ?

After setting the topics to No index, when the search engines would have dropped the topics from the SERPs, you will see all the content of the website getting indexed except for topics (and any additional page/CPT that you might have set to No index).

Yes, To be sure you can check the robots meta tag for the links shown in the screenshot. The robots meta for the links marked “Yes” (threads) should be set to index. While the links marked “No” (Topics) should be set to noindex.
