Backend CSS broke Tailwind template

Hi, after instaling RankMath some blocks in WordPress backend block editor are visually broken. I’m building custom template based on Tailwind. I found that in your backend CSS you define global .grid class – https://prnt.sc/UxRwzmpCJU1r which is interfering with Tailwind grid class.

I’ll probably find solution for myself for now, but from my point of view, it is unfortunate to use such global names in a plugin and could make hard times for other developers.

Would you please consider prefixing or changing the name of the class.
