Hi,

I am using Award Space free hosting plan and they have some restrictions in database relative to Strings used in website. See here : https://www.awardspace.com/kb/free-hosting-content-filtering-and-403-error/

I have spotted that Rank Math provokes the award space filter to trigger and so cannot create any new post in the website when RM is activated.

I believe this is only due to RM manipulating core server files ; would you know any way to bypass this ?

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Our plugin doesn’t modify any server files.

What you need to do is whitelist Rank Math’s API routes to make sure you can save the post. You may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
