Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Since you’re using Avada, the content analysis tests might fail but it does not affect your SEO or rankings. It is only used as an internal metric to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website.
Apart from that one teeny-tiny thing, everything else works great. Even for that issue, we have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You can also contact the developer of the theme/plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
Many known companies have already added the compatibility, as it takes a few hours:
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/divi/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/elementor/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/themify-builder/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/page-builder-framework/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/flothemes/
However, please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page or you have already done, please feel free to ignore them.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
Hi
Thks for your reply.
The problem is that some of my customers will write their own content and therefore would use RankMath for their SEO assistance. To others I will send screen shots of these scores. I do that already with a couple of customers with different themes where I did not have the issues with RankMath. It would not look professional or trustworthy if I hade to tell my customers the SEO plugin has some issues (even if it does not affect the SEO itself). It just does not look good, I am afraid 🙁
As I am just working on a new Avada website I wanted to use RankMatch here and I planned to switch all my other Avada themes to RankMath later (I am using Yoast SEO with my Avada Websites actually). I own 15 Avada licenses and counting as I decided to use Avada for most of my future projects since they had a major update which made the theme even much better than it already used to be before.
I think it would be RankMath’s job to contact Avada and not the customer’s job, especially as Avada is one of the biggest players in the market – and I believe the no. 1 seller on themeforest.net.
If you can fix this I am willing to purchase your business license. I am using a different paid tool for my customer’s rank tracking at the moment but would be thrilled to try the RankMath paid version and maybe get rid off the other one instead.
Cheers
Marcel
Hello,
The team over at Avada are well aware of the situation as even the customers are voting on this feature request, which is currently number two on their list for most voted: https://theme-fusion.com/feature-voting/
If you haven’t already we recommend that you cast your vote there to see if it gains enough traction for them to implement the integration with our Content Analysis API.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
OK – this is what you should recommend in the first place then.
VOTE for the implementation here: https://theme-fusion.com/feature-voting/
(instead of “contact the developer”)
I just voted on theme-fusion. Hope they are listening.
Cheers
