automatic update not available

    Rank Math pro

    Hi,

    i have an active subscription of RankMath SEO Pro distributed through a third party.

    However, when I use RankMath SEO PRO i cannot automatically update it. I receive the following error message:

    “An automatic update is not available for this plugin. It seem that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.”

    Is there anything I can do to fix it?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account, and there is no active subscription on the email that you shared in the sensitive data section.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    Once done, you can update the PRO plugin from the plugin list.
