It seems that one of our Regex rules is failing to properly detect the domain when it has 2 dots in the URL, hence a subdomain.
Could you please test this functionality, not on a subdomain, and report back to us your findings?

Sorry for not being clear enough in my last reply.
Your website is currently in a subdomain with the following format https://subdomain.domain.com and we wanted to check if the issue still happens on the main domain https://domain.com.
We asked for that because it seems that at the moment the Regex is failing on subdomains and we wanted to double-check the situation.

Just now, we tested the Redirection also on our main domain (we also have rank math installed there) but we have same issue on our main domain too. Redirection is not working also on our main domain. So, it is safe to day that this problem is not related to subdomain as we have same issue on our main domain.

We tried to replicate this on your main domain but if we create a new post that is not set to private and then try to change the permalink the redirection is created fine.
This correlates to what we have already reported to the dev team that this issue is only present on subdomains.
Our team is working on a fix for this and we’ll let you know in this ticket when it’s publicly available.
