It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
However, please note that Rank Math’s Auto post redirect only applies when you change the slug of the post.

We are posting blog posts on our website, and we are reposting content. In this case, we are just changing the slug of the posts when we repost them.
I have a new repost planned for tomorrow and I will update the ticket with more information.

It seems to be working properly on our test install. Could you please check if you can add a test redirect in Rank Math > Redirections for initial troubleshooting?
If the manual redirection is working properly, we might need to take a closer look at your site.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

yes, the manual redirection is working. That was our workaround for the last week.

After inspecting the website I found the table which stores the value related to redirection wp_rank_math_redirections_cache seems to be corrupted, after dropping it and re-creating the same. The auto redirection issue seems to be gone.

we have tested the redirection in the test-environment, unfortunately it does not work.

Although WordPress gives a notification:
“SEO Note: You just changed the slug of post and Rank Math automatically created a redirect. You can edit the redirect by clicking here.”
Wordpress says it has redirected the URL, but it didn’t.
Can you check the redirection on our testwebsite again?

After troubleshooting the issue I have found that dropping the redirection tables works for a bit then stopped working.
