    Hi I’ve no active subscription and a paypal payment was debited today ? Could you tell me what’ wrong please ? Thanks in advance Eric

    That’s true i have found an other forgotten account wich billed me automatically but i’d never received any message to remind me the limit unfortunately.

    The account is the one with this email address : a*********@i***********

    I don’t know if you can do something related to this.
    I’ve stopped the automatic payment but i don’t need the pro version anymore.

    To prevent your subscription from automatically renewing, please follow this guide to cancel it. The process is the same for all subscriptions.

    Please note that our refund policy does not cover subscription renewals, except in cases where the renewal reminder, which we send 7 days in advance, was not received. If this applies to your situation, please let us know.

    tahnks for yout answer.

    This is exactly what i said in my previous message without knowing this rule.
    I didn’t received any message from rank MAth as a reminder for my subscritpion.

    It’s easy to see for me as the email used for the account isn’t a frequent used email for me and i only received 12 emails on this this year.
    It’s not in the spam too and it a sure fact because i received the emails from Rank Math after renewal withour problem.

    Hope you will understand my english.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
