I have manually offset the automatic creation of keywords by 100 in several steps from 100, 200, 300… up to 1100. as demonstrated in the screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/nHpZWP
Please continue with the remaining products/keywords and verify that all the previous products have been updated. Once you have completed the process you can safely remove the code snippet to update product keywords.

To apply the same system for taxonomies would require an extensive change to the code snippets that fall outside the scope of our support.
If you would need to do this for the taxonomies you would need to hire a developer that is familiar with this and could modify the filter to your needs.
