    Rank Math pro

    It seems that my account is connected but my RankMath Pro does not automatically update. Please advise.

    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your Rank Math account:
    connect

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect

    Still does not work. My dashboard says I have the free version even though I paid for the Pro Version.

    It seems that you haven’t purchased the PRO version using this account. Could you confirm if you have used the same email in your account upon purchasing? You should then receive an email about your purchase details.
