I read somewhere that Google limits a blog to index 200 pages daily.
Now I inted to upload a few thousand posts, and I was wondering how to setup the Instant Indexer (which I setup and is working OK). Id this is so, How do I setup instant indexer to send 200 posts (or the optimum daily number) daily automatically? Thanks

Thank you for contacting Rank Math.
You can send 200 URLs daily with the Indexing API. There is no way to submit a batch of existing posts automatically. The new posts will be submitted to the API automatically when you publish them.
To submit multiple URLs, you can add them in the Console and send them to API:
You can also use the Bulk Actions option and select and submit the URLs directly from the post list:
