I also just noticed that it’s not saving the open graph image under the social tab either.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Settings not getting saved primarily is caused by these reasons:
1. Rank Math is not updated to the latest version.
2. Rest API route is blocked by firewall for Rank Math.
3. Conflict with the plugin / theme.
4. Incorrect file or folder permission,
5. Low PHP limits.
For low PHP limits, please ask your hosting provider to increase the limits of these values to one listed below:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
