Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Media > Media Robots Meta and check whether the noindex robots meta is enabled as shown below:
This option needs to be disabled for the attachment sitemap to work as expected.

Thanks for getting back to us.
This option need to be disabled, please click on Default button on the Media Robots Meta setting and click save to fix this.
You may also want to perform the following steps:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

I am glad that this is now working for you.
This is likely as a result of your permalink settings on the backend. Please review the settings that you have set for the media attachments and also check for any plugins that might be modifying the attachment links on your site.
