Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
In Rank Math, the correct way to use our plugin on a multisite setup is to install them on the network but only activate them on specific subsites. After that, Rank Math will create one sitemap index file at /sitemap_index.xml for each website and you’ll have to submit only this(/sitemap_index.xml) one on your Google Search Console for the separate property.
