Assistance Required to Remove Author Details from Twitter Card Meta Tags - Support

Dear Rank Math Support Team,

I am reaching out to request assistance with removing the metadata that Rank Math generates for my website, I have noticed that the Twitter Card meta tags generated by Rank Math include author details, which are displayed as:

<meta name=”twitter:title” content=”Multistore Addon For WooCommerce | Multi-Location Plugin” />

<meta name=”twitter:image” content=”https://agilestorelocator.com/multistore-woocommerce-addons/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/8.jpg” />

<meta name=”twitter:data1″ content=”Jahanzaib” />
<meta name=”twitter:label2″ content=”Time to read” />
<meta name=”twitter:data2″ content=”Less than a minute” />

And for you information, i have already checked the Social Meta under Title & Meta settings and its already empty but still i am facing this issue.

1. Twitter: Creator Tag: Ensure that the Twitter Username under Users → Profile inside the WordPress Dashboard is configured correctly. If not set, Rank Math will display the Twitter Username of the site configured under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Social Meta → Twitter Username.
2. Twitter: Site Tag: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Social Meta and verify that the Twitter Username is correctly entered.
3. Check OpenGraph Thumbnail: Sometimes, the OpenGraph Thumbnail might be causing this issue. You can set a default OpenGraph Thumbnail in Rank Math under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → OpenGraph Thumbnail. Make sure it is set up correctly.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta and disable the Slack Enhanced Sharing option for all the post types to remove the Twitter Data and Twitter Label tags.
