Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
For archive pages that are already created, you will need to go the the individual pages and change the noindex tag in the Advanced tab of Rank math meta box.
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
