We apologize for the issue you are facing. Currently, there is no filter available in Rank Math to modify the REST API endpoint URL like you can for the sitemap base URL. The default endpoint for the Rank Math REST API is fixed as /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead.

At the moment, we don’t have any way to modify the API endpoint URL as it is currently hardcoded to the plugin.
As for the sitemap URL, you are able to change the URL because we offer a filter code to make it possible.
