It seems like that website has the PRO plugin installed but you only have a Free account. Please note that both Content AI and the PRO subscriptions need to be on the same account so that you can use both at the same time.
If you want to use Content AI, please disable the PRO plugin and reconnect the website to your account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help.
