The URLs are submitted to Bing using IndexNow, if you only want to submit the posts to Bing, you do not need to install the standalone Instant Indexing plugin for that.

I am only referring to the instant indexing option in RankMath settings, does this not use API to instantly index on Google? and only on Bing?
Are you saying there is a separate plugin that instantly indexes on Google?

The Instant Indexing option in Rank Math only submits the URLs to Bing and Yandex.
For Google, you need to install the Instant Indexing API plugin:
