    Hello,
    im getting an API-Error: HTTP-Error 400.
    As stated in the error description, I went through all the points:
    1. Website Under Maintenance – NO
    2. Check Website Status – 200 OK
    3. API Timeout – NO
    4. API Requests Blocked by Firewall – NO
    5. Locally Hosted Website – NO,
    The error still appears.

    As recommended:
    1. I deactivated all plugins except Rank Math – the problem persists.
    2. The provider’s log shows a status of 200 for Rank Math.
    3. After a phone call with the provider, no errors are reported.

    This can be fixed by whitelisting the IP 46.30.211.100 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.7; https://rankmath.com. from your server. We recommend getting in touch with them to add those to their whitelist properly.

    If the issue persists, could you please confirm if you’re blocking any country from accessing your site or using a geoblocking feature?

    Please also ask your web host for your server and website IP addresses so we can investigate this issue or determine if the block is coming from our system.

    After a phone call with the provider’s support team to troubleshoot the possible server-side error, the provider requires the following data sets:
    – Affected outgoing IPv4 address
    – Affected outgoing IPv6 address
    – Ping to “83.133.244.116”
    – Ping to “2001:7f0:3000:512::549:116”
    – Traceroute to “83.133.244.116”
    – Traceroute to “2001:7f0:3000:512::549:116”
    – Exact timestamps
    Can you please share these data sets with me so I can forward them to the provider?

    After another phone call with provider support, for security reasons, they need the requested data to whitelist the IP address/user agent. Unfortunately, the problem persists, and I hope it can be resolved.

    We do not store timestamps or perform pings/traceroutes from our systems if your server is blocking our IP and/or user-agent, so we’re unable to provide the requested datasets. It appears that your provider is still blocking our IP or user-agent despite returning a 200 status code.

    We’ve escalated this to our development team for further investigation and will keep you posted with any updates.

    Rank Math released an update last week, and the plugin was able to update, so there seems to be a connection. It’s the analyzer that’s not working.
