If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

Are they using standard ports like 80 or 443 fo communicating with the server?

I have investigated the issue and it looks like it is a timeout error: when our analysis server tries to download your homepage, your server cannot respond within the timeframe set on our server (10 seconds). When I temporarily increase this limit, the request goes through correctly.
For now, we have slightly increased the timeout limit on our server, it might help on your site. I would advise you to use cache or any other solution to make your website load faster, especially the homepage. Loading speed is important for good user experience, and it is an essential SEO factor as well.
