We have investigated the issue and I can confirm that our Analyzer API server is unable to reach your site. When our server attempts to reach your site at https://obclean.co.uk, the requests fail with timeout error every time.
Please get in touch with your hosting provider one more time and see if our server IP shows up in any of the server logs: 46.30.211.100. That should help identify the source of the issue.

I’ve asked my server support and they said there wasn’t anything from that IP. They have flushed their firewall to see if that helps. I tried on the site, but its still showing the 400 error.
