That is incorrect. The site is working just fine. Your support is not doing anything.

We have logged into your site and tested it further.
If you navigate to Settings > General, under your site URL and WordPress URL, you can see your site URL is added as http:// but your site is working on https:// which you can see on your browser address bar.
There is some redirection added to your site somewhere which is causing a 301 redirect from non secure URL to a secure URL forcibly.
Can you please fix this issue and check again?
