    Hello,

    It must have been temporary.

    Please try again.

If it stills doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked your site but I can’t replicate the issue. Please check the screencasst I have added in the sensitive section.

Please note that the SEO analysis can only work if your site returns a 200 OK status. You can check the status of your site with this tool: https://httpstatus.io/

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply. Return is 200 OK. The problem seems to happen every time I try to recheck any alterations I make. So the first time the analysis starts and ends perfectly, the second, third and so on time I get the error. Clearing cache won’t help. Next day I can run one analysis again.

    Hello,

I checked your site and performed SEO analysis. The error you mentioned only appeared once after which I couldn’t replicate the issue no more no matter how many times I performed the analysis, please check the screencast I have attached in the sensitive section. I suspect it has something to do with the security you have installed on your site which seems to hold off access sometimes before redirecting to the site.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I ran another test and the error still occures. I think it has something to do with my cache – plugin WP SUPER CACHE. After clearing cache I receive the error. I like to clear the cache after making any change to the website to see if it still functions the way I like.
    Hope you can resolve.

    Thx,
    Henk-Jan

    Hello,

To be sure of this, you can disable the caching plugin temporarily then check try analyzing your site again.

You can also choose to use the external analyzer: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/ which is the same as the SEO Analysis module.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
