Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
As you mentioned that the IP is not blacklisted, please ensure to whitelist the user-agent too.
The IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com, both should be whitelisted.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
Please refer to this tutorial guide for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/api-http-400-error/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
Hi Prabhat Rai,
Thanks for your assistance.
I got in touch with my web hosting provider who advised “The issue was a plugin conflict between “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” and “Rank Math SEO”.
Are you aware of such issues regardin the compatability between the 2 plugins.
Hello @Alan,
Thanks for getting in touch.
We’ve not seen issues with that plugin recently, however, could you confirm whether the SEO Analysis is working properly after deactivating that plugin?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hi,
I can confirm that the SEO Analysis works when the Clean Talk Anti Spam plugin is deactivated.
So to get it working I have to deactivate Clean Talk Anti Spam and then when it’s worked you can put the anti spam plugin back on.
Many thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
We are glad that this issue is already resolved.
If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime by creating a new ticket to assist you further with anything else.

Hello Reinelle,
When your colleague asked “could you confirm whether the SEO Analysis is working properly after deactivating that plugin?”
I assumed he would then offer a solution to this issue.
To have to turn of one plugin in to get anothr working is not a good.
So I wouldn’t call it an issue resolved but a issue unresolved.
I will contact support at Cleantalk hoping for a solution to this issue.
May be the two are not compatible.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
Our SEO Analysis might be seeing the anti crawler protection page which is generated from the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk like this

Upon conducting further research on this, it would seem like you have to contact the devs team at Spamfirewall in order to add the blocked IPs to the exclusion list.
One of the similar problems to this can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cleantalk-how-to-whitelist-an-ip-address/
I hope that helps, and let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hello Reinelle,
I followed your link and it seems to be working fine.
It is a little strange why I am the first person to encounter such issues between the 2 major plugins.
Many thanks for your assistance,
Regards Al
