Please edit the following plugin file:
/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php
Then, change the following line (line number 358):
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );
Increas the timeout value to 60:
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );
The SEO analysis should start working as expected.
Or, you could also use the online version of the tool which is just as good:

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thanks, I am a bit concerned letting someone I don’t know access to my site. Is there no other way to fix this? Also is this part of Ranik Math necessary is there maybe another workaround?

You can edit the plugin under Plugins > Plugin editor. Then select the plugin to edit, in this case Rank math. And finally follow the guideline by my colleague to edit the file in /includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php
