Sorry for the unexpected delay.
The error log of your server is empty which means you don’t have server and PHP error logging enabled so you would need to enable that first and then trigger the error to see the issue appear in the logs.
Having said that, since this is happening on the Instant Indexing plugin you can update the plugin to the latest version and then create a new API key for it by following the tutorial here: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
