Please edit the following plugin file:
/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php
Then, change the following line (line number 380):
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );
Increas the timeout value to 60:
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );
The SEO analysis should start working as expected.

Line 380 looks different to what you had mentioned.
It has this code $status = absint( wp_remote_retrieve_response_code( $request ) );
Im in Editing seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php (active)

The line number may defer from site to site. You can check line 370/374/378.
If you can’t find are still unable to find the specified line, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
