    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Could you confirm if the analytics data is shown under Rank Math > Analytics, on your website?

If yes, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello Prabhat

The issue is different, for example my main page (landing) is looking like this:
    https://ibb.co/9sBBkZG

But my blog posts are looking like that:
    https://ibb.co/M2kszY1

So, somehow it is working but not correctly.

    Regards
    Igor

    Hello,

I logged into your website’s admin area and found that you’ve not added a focus keyword to the post. This is the reason why the SEO Score is shown as 0. You can add a focus keyword and update the post after optimizing the content to also reflect the SEO score on the Stats Bar.

I refreshed the PageSpeed data and it is already shown now. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

I noticed that most of the analytics metrics were showing 0. There was a pending scheduled action on the website. I’ve run that action and the data fetch is initiated. If this post has traffic and impressions, they should be shown when the data fetch completes (after around 40 minutes).

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello Prabhat.

Thank you so far. So you are saying that to show the average position for example it will shown when the page has some traffic and not before, correct?

    Regards
    Igor

    Hello,

Our plugin fetches the data from your GSC and GA accounts. If a post doesn’t have any traffic and stats there, it will also not show any stats in our analytics dashboard. I can check that the data is now available for some of the posts in the SEO performance tab of the analytics after the last fetch.

Please check and let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

Ok I understand. Will this fetch in general happen automatically or do I have to do something from time to time?

    Thank you

    Hello,

The fetch runs automatically every 3 days. You can check the date of the next fetch in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics. I can check on your site, currently, the fetch frequency is set as 1 week.

Please share the login details of your cPanel or phpMyAdmin so we can change the frequency of the data fetch.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jaideep Asrani

Please find the cPanel data in sensitive data.

    Thank you
    Igor

    Hello,

The login detail you provided is for the cPanel alone, however, the phpMyAdmin (your database panel) itself requires another username and password.

Can you please provide that username and password so we can fix the frequency of your analytics fetching schedule?

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hello there

I just asked my hosting partner about the login data. Once they answer I will let you know.

    Thank you
    Igor

    Hello,

Sure, we will keep this ticket open until your issue will be addressed.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

    Hello there

I received some informations from my hosting partnet, not sure if this is the right one. They mentioned it is the data which can be found in WP-CONFIG, is that right?

The data can be found in sensitive data tab.

    Hello,

I logged into your cPanel/phpMyAdmin and updated the analytics fetching interval to 3 days:

I’ve also triggered the initial fetching by running the updated scheduled action.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Highly appreciated Prabhat, thank you!
