Analytics showing zero hits

    Rank Math free

    Hi,

Our analytics are still showing 0 hits.

    Hi,

All our G4 stats are showing zero, as they were not fetching data, although the analytics mark is green.

I have tried reconnecting via Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.

I have flushed data via Database Tools.

I was able to rebuild index and delete analytic database data, but there is no “Update data manually” button. There is a greyed-out “Fetching in process button” instead.

The rank math processes can all be found in failed and pending sections of Scheduled actions. There are more than 150 all together.

I am hereby pasting an example of a failed action related to fetching:
    rank_math/analytics/data_fetch Failed rank-math Every 1 week 2023-01-05 09:50:00 +0000
    (1 year 1 day ago)
    2023-01-03 13:24:29 +0000
    action created
    2023-01-05 09:51:10 +0000
    action started via WP Cron
    2023-01-05 09:51:10 +0000
action failed via WP Cron: Scheduled action for rank_math/analytics/data_fetch will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

There are no error messages on our Cron Events page. There are some events with no action:
    wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes
    redirection_log_delete
    wpseo_permalink_structure_check
    wpseo-reindex
    eael_remove_unused_options_data
    woocommerce_tracker_send_event
    woocommerce_cleanup_rate_limits

We made a temporary user for you to access our WordPress, details in sensitive data section.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best,
    Martina

  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with your analytics showing zero hits. Thank you for providing detailed information about the problem you are encountering.

Based on the information you provided, it seems like there are several failed and pending actions related to fetching analytics data in the Scheduled Actions section. To manually trigger the data fetch process, you can follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Tools and then click on Scheduled Actions.
    3. Look for any Rank Math analytics actions, such as rank_math/analytics/data_fetch.
    4. Manually run these actions to fetch the data by clicking on the Run button next to the failed actions.

If you are unable to find the scheduled actions in your WordPress dashboard, you can access the Scheduled Actions page directly using the following URL format, replacing yourdomain.com with your website domain:
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

By manually running these actions, you should be able to trigger the data fetch process and resolve the issue of zero hits in your analytics.

If you encounter any further difficulties or need additional assistance, please feel free to provide more details or reply to this ticket. Our support team is here to help.

    Best regards,
    Rank Math Support Team
