I am writing to seek assistance with an ongoing issue I’ve been facing for the past two weeks regarding connecting Google Analytics to my Rank Math account. Although the Google Search Console is showing as connected (green status), Google Analytics continues to display a red status, indicating a problem.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps as recommended in your support guides:
Testing Connections: I navigated to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and used the ‘Test Connections’ feature. It confirmed a valid connection for Google Search Console but indicated an issue with Google Analytics.
Reconnecting Google Account: I clicked the ‘Reconnect’ button in the Analytics settings to refresh my Google account connection.
Checking for Expired OAuth Token: I removed Rank Math’s access from my Google account settings under ‘Third-party apps with Account access’ and reconnected it, ensuring all permissions were granted anew.
Reconfiguring Analytics Settings: Post reconnection, I went back to connect Google services and followed all required steps to configure the settings properly.
Despite following all the above steps meticulously, the issue persists, and Google Analytics does not connect successfully. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I am unsure what steps to take next and would appreciate any specific guidance or a detailed check from your end to identify what might be causing this continuous problem.
