Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

Thanks for your quick reply. I did that yesterday and now it’s just showing 0’s for the past 12 hours. Is that how it should be or should it update to my numbers?
If it makes a difference I am using an alternate WP CRON in my WP-Config file because I have been having problems with automatic jobs. Just wanted you to know in case that could be affecting things.

You can proceed to step 3 onwards since you mentioned that you’re using alternate WP Cron for your site.
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at your website. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thanks, Reinelle! It seems to be working.
I ended up stopping the CRON and removing the alternate CRON from my WP-Config file. I then added the CRON job to my server via cPanel on a timed basis. That seems to have updated my RankMath dashboard!
I will keep your instructions in case it doesn’t update in the future.
