Analytics not working

    The analytics under RankMath are not updating. Banner at the top of the page reads: There was an issue scheduling the recurring action required for Analytics; if the problem persists, please contact our support team.

    Everything under “SEO Performance is N/A”. Please advise how to fix.

    2. Check Cron Jobs: Ensure that your WordPress cron jobs are running correctly. You can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to check and manage your scheduled tasks.

    3. Import New Data Manually: If there are no errors and cron jobs are functioning, you can manually import new data. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics, scroll down to the Analytics Database section, click on Delete Data, and then click on Update Data manually. This should fetch your data within a few minutes.

    4. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. You can run a plugin conflict test to see if disabling other plugins resolves the issue.

    For initial troubleshooting, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your site:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Then follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tool tab:

    Rebuild

    After rebuilding the analytics index of posts, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and under “Analytics Database”, click “Update Data Manually”.

    Your analytics data should be updated to the latest after that.
