    We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math Analytics not working. There could be several reasons for this, and we recommend checking a few things:

    1. No Data in Analytics Module: Ensure that there are no underlying issues preventing data from being displayed. You can refer to our knowledgebase article for more details on potential causes and solutions.

    2. Expired Google OAuth Token: If your Google OAuth token has expired, it may prevent data from being fetched. You can check this in the settings.

    3. Self-Hosted Option: If you are using the self-hosted option, live tracking will not occur, and data will take 24 to 48 hours to process. You can check this under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics. If the Self-Hosted Analytics JS File option is enabled, live tracking is disabled.

    4. Rebuild Index for Analytics: If you notice incorrect SEO scores or missing posts, you can rebuild the index by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics. Make sure you are using Rank Math in Advanced mode.

    For initial troubleshooting, you can try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    This is how it should look like:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
