Hi , I installed Rankmath on my website. But for some reason it doesnt load the data from search console/ analytics. I want to go buy premium but not i’f its working fully. Can you guys help me to get the right data from my search console/analytics

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. This should allow you to retrieve fresh data from your GSC and GA. Please follow these steps:

1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

If the issue persists, kindly share your website URL so we can take a closer look at it.

Hi , the keywords are shown now, so console is working properly. but Analytics ( to view my visitor data is not shown)

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It seems you forgot to provide a username for the admin dashboard. Can you please insert it in the Sensitive Data section so we can further debug the issue?

Hello,

When we logged in to your website we were able to see the data populating in the Analytics module:

Please note that the data in the Free version is only coming from Google Search Console.

Oke, i saw on the left side that 91 page are not indexed? What will be different with the pro version, what are the best things that i can do with the pro version. Because if you guys are collecting data from search console, i can see alot in Search console. Search console itself doesnt registrer all the search keywords, sometimes i see i have like 40 organic search visits, but only 15 are shown in search console

Hello,

The values you see on the left are not for the pages that are not indexed, but rather the ones without an SEO score at the moment.

That data seems to indicate that there are 91 pages/posts without an SEO score on them.
