Analytics Not Showing Up

    Hello Respected Rank Math Specialists,

    Firstly, thank you for providing us with such an amazing SEO tool. It has been very helpful for someone like me who knew very little about SEO and keywords. With Rank Math, I am easily able to look at my top posts and top keywords, my rank in Google and so much more.

    However, this hasn’t been the case for the past 20-25 days. I am not able to see my site’s Analytics through Rank Math. It’s not loading any data at all. Rank Math labels every category like keywords, search clicks, impressions to be ZERO.

    I desperately want the things to go back as they were. I hope you can provide a solution to my problem.

    I am currenlty on Free versison of Rank Math and my website is otakunepal.com !

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please make sure your Google account is correctly connected to the Rank Math account.

    Follow this guide for the same: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/

    Once connected, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
