Search Traffic stats are only available in the PRO version, can you please confirm if you are currently using the PRO plugin? If so, kindly share the email address you used to purchase the PRO so we can confirm.

After doing so, please reconnect your Google service, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

If the issue persists, please try to manually run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.
