analytics not showing

    Hi there, i have been analysing my seo results however, your plugin seems to have stopped reading the analytics on the 27th March. could you shine some light on the issue please.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    The Analytics data for the Free version of Rank Math is stored for 90 days, after that, new data comes in and the older data is removed.

    Could you please confirm if you’re seeing analytics data after 27th March?

    Hi there, thank you for the fast reply, so I haven’t seen new data since the 27th of march and yes I am on the free version, is this the reason why? just wanted to double-check if that is the reason why.

    Thanks for your reply.

    No, the data should have been fetched regularly on a 7 days interval.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 minutes but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.
